Discussion: Councilmember Rader stated for disclosure that he does work in solar on the non- <br /> profit side of the business, and is not an installer. He reiterated that the So/Smart program does <br /> not ask for money and merely accepts free help through the Department ofEnergy. <br /> On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed.
