(to be provided) <br /> Councilmember Shachner delivered the following oral report: <br /> Today, we went over 4 resolutions and ordinances relating to the transfer and advance <br /> of certain funds. All items were recommended for approval by the full Council. Resolution <br /> 2022-25 was another routine document that allows us to spend money. Another piece allows us <br /> to tax and maintain millages. An amendment to the allowances of contracting authority was <br /> fully discussed along with the reasoning behind the amendment. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the report. <br /> All in favor.
