City Council may allocate Lakewood's resources in a manner consistent with our principles and <br /> for the welfare of the City's residents. We should not expend Lakewood's limited resources on <br /> investigations related to abortion care, as this is clearly contrary to our City's principals and the <br /> welfare of our residents.
