I I <br /> am seeing are on Madison and West 117 street. The device providers (Lime, Bird...) do not have a method to <br /> report these so they get picked up. <br /> Will the city have some method (e.g. email address, website....) to report these abandoned bikes/scooters? For <br /> example, for several weeks I have seen an abandoned a-Bike on the side of the train tracks near Hird. <br />
