Baker, Bullock, Litten, Marx, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022-31 BY: Rader' Shachner <br />A RESOLUTION to thank the Kiwanis Club of Lakewood for participating as the 2022 <br />Grand Marshal in the City of Lakewood 0'of July Parade. <br />WHEREAS, Kiwanis Club of Lakewood is celebrating its 10V' anniversary of service to <br />the Lakewood community; and, <br />WHEREAS, Mayor Meghan George and the 2022 City of Lakewood Parade Committee <br />chose Kiwanis Club of Lakewood to be the Grand Marshals; and, <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Kiwanis Club of Lakewood are to be recognized and <br />honored for their generosity towards the betterment of Lakewood. Now therefore; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br />Section 1. This council and Mayor hereby extend to the Kiwanis Club of Lakewood their <br />appreciation of all citizens of this city for their exceptional service and dedication. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to forward this <br />resolution to the Kiwanis Club of Lakewood and, a copy of the resolution shall be spread upon <br />the minutes of the meeting. <br />Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: I 11 1 Pa"a` <br />Approved: � /'),V <br />o itten, President of Council <br />Maureen M.
