Motion by Chair Shachner, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to recommend Ordinance 22- <br /> 2022 for adoption by the full Council. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Chair Shachner and Councilmember Bullock voiced their support for upgrades to the police <br /> locker room and other facilities that boost quality of life in the department. <br /> Chair Shachner spoke again on behalf of Councilmember Kepple and voiced her desire for the <br /> city to support the efforts of the Madison Court Community Coalition, having a larger <br /> celebration of Juneteenth, and upgrading Wi-Fi at city parks. <br /> Councilmember Baker encouraged the administration to think about admission fees for Foster <br /> Pool in the future once it is upgraded. <br /> Chair Shachner adjourned the meeting without objection. <br /> 3 <br />
