Reso. 2022-29 amended. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to recommend Resolution 2022- <br /> 29 for adopted as amended. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Reso. 2022-29 recommended for adoption. <br /> Update from the Planning Department regarding the proposed downtown <br /> development. <br /> Director Leininger remarked that the intention of tonight's discussion was to discuss confidential <br /> financial information regarding the project and requested executive session to do so. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to enter executive session with <br /> the mayor, directors, and staff to discuss financial matters of a confidential nature. A roll call <br /> vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas: Baker, Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Marx, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion passed. Committee of the Whole entered executive session at 6:47 p.m. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to exit executive session. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas: Baker, Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Marx, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion passed.
