All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Absence excused. <br /> Motion by Vice President Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Rader to amend the minutes of <br /> the July 181h General Meeting of Council to read Human Services Director Chad Berry as in <br /> attendance. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. The minutes were amended. <br /> Motion by Vice President Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Shachner to approve the minutes <br /> of the July 18, 2022 General Meeting as amended without the necessity of a reading. All members <br /> voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> 1. Committee of the Whole Report regarding meetings held August 8 & August 29, 2022. <br /> (pg. 001) <br /> Motion by Vice President Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Rader to receive and file the <br /> report.
