It was noted that <br /> there is about$12.3 million in ARPA funding remaining, and that all parties are interested in <br /> leveraging it with other sources. <br /> On the motion: All in favor. RESOLUTION 2022-34 -A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> authorizing the Mayor and/or Director of Finance or Director of Law to allocate Nine <br /> Million Dollars ($9,000,000) for various projects and programs, hereinafter defined, <br /> with such funds allocated from the American Rescue Plan ("ARPA") and Coronavirus <br /> State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds ("CSLFRF").
