RESOLUTION 2022-37 -A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, approving the use of submerged lands for property located at 17856 Lake Road, Lakewood, Ohio PPN 311-04-002 (a legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit"A"), in order to permit the owners the opportunity to undertake the Lakeshore protection measures. ORDINANCE 29-2022 -AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement for the operation of the Bistro at Cove Community Center with HELP Foundation, Inc. pursuant to Section 155.08 of the Codified Ordinances.
