Apparently, the legal <br /> exposure due to enacting an ordinance contravening Ohio law became apparent to Council. Is it Council's hope <br /> that enacting this as policy will limit those with standing to sue to the City of Lakewood to the employees? <br /> Regardless of form, this resolution and policy set a dangerous precedent and should not be passed. <br />
