Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The substituted version of Ordinance 30-2022 was adopted. <br /> 6. ORDINANCE 32-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, to approve <br /> the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the various component codes <br /> of the Codified Ordinances and to provide for the publication of such new matter. RESOLUTION 2022- 46 - A RESOLUTION to commend Roman Ducu for over 30 <br /> years of dedicated service to the people of Lakewood through his leadership in the <br /> Department of Public Works. (pg. 032) <br /> Motion by Acting President Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to adopt Resolution <br /> 2022-46. <br /> Discussion: Councilmembers spoke of their appreciation for Mr. Ducu and his 31 years of work <br /> for the city. They made mention of his lead in Lakewood's sidewalk and drone projects. Mr. <br /> Ducu was wished a happy retirement. <br /> 3 <br />
