ARTICLE 44 MISCELLANEOUS <br />44.01 All full-time employees shall have a minimum of six (6) "RDO" days off each month. <br />ARTICLE 45 DURATION <br />45.01 This Agreement represents an understanding between the City and the Union and it shall <br />be effective from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025 and thereafter from year to year <br />unless at least ninety (90) days prior to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either <br />party gives timely written notice to the other of an intent to negotiate on any or all of its <br />provisions. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this day of , <br />2022. <br />FOR THE CITY <br />Meghan F.
