ARTICLE 44 <br />DURATION <br />44.01 This Agreement represents an understanding between the City and the Union, and it shall <br />be effective from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025 and thereafter from year to year <br />unless at least ninety (90) days prior to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either party <br />gives timely written notice to the other of an intent to negotiate on any or all of its provisions. If <br />such notice is given, negotiations shall be promptly commenced and this Agreement shall remain <br />in full force and effect until an amended Agreement is agreed to or, on or after December 31, 2019, <br />either party gives fourteen (14) days' notice of an intention to terminate this entire Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this day of <br />92022. <br />FOR THE CITY <br />Meghan F.
