RESOLUTION 2022-56- A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> authorizing the Mayor of the City of Lakewood and Director of Law to make an offer <br /> for the purchase of the property located at 12984 Lake Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN <br /> 312-08-017), and, if the offer is accepted, to negotiate and execute all documents <br /> necessary to effectuate the purchase and sale. Motion passed. <br /> ***PUBLIC COMMENT"" <br /> No public comment. <br /> ***ANNOUNCEMENTS**** <br /> Chief Dunphy expressed his condolences on behalf of the Lakewood Fire Department to the <br /> Cleveland Fire Department, friends, and family of firefighter Johnny Tetrick who was killed on <br /> the line of duty while working on a MVA on I-90 and MLK. The funeral is this Saturday and the <br /> area fire departments will be covering their stations so their members could attend the funeral. <br /> President Litten expressed his appreciation for safety forces that are at risk every day and <br /> reminded residents to drive safely. <br /> 13 <br />
