APPENDIX C BENEFITS <br />� Y <br />The following shall be in place during the life of this labor agreement: <br />1. We will grandfather employees currently on the 100% plan. Anyone not on the 100% plan in 2022 will <br />not be eligible to move to that plan in the future. <br />2. The City will not add additional copays to the 90/10% plan option. Urgent Care and Emergency Room <br />copays may be adjusted, as approved and decided by the healthcare committee. <br />OUG <br />
