10 Years <br />$500.00 <br />21 Years <br />$1050.00 <br />11 Years <br />$550.00 <br />22 Years <br />$1100.00 <br />12 Years <br />$600.00 <br />23 Years <br />$1,150.00 <br />13 Years <br />$650.00 <br />24 Years <br />$1200.00 <br />14 Years <br />$700.00 <br />25 Years and Over <br />$1250.00 <br />15 Years <br />$750.00 <br />12.02 Longevity payments shall be provided in two (2) equal payments in June and December of <br />each year and will be included in the employee's regular paycheck. <br />12.03 An employee who terminates their employment on a date which falls between <br />determination dates, as set forth in the above section, shall receive a portion of longevity <br />compensation, to which the employee is entitled, on a pro -rated basis up to the date of termination. <br />ARTICLE 13 HOLIDAYS <br />13.01 All employees shall receive the following holiday hours (120): <br />Holiday <br />hours <br />88 <br />Employee <br />birthday hours <br />8 <br />Employee <br />personal hours <br />124 <br />New Year's Day <br />Martin Luther King, Jr. Day <br />President's Day <br />Good Friday <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day <br />Juneteenth <br />Labor Day <br />Veteran's Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas <br />Employee's Birthday <br />Three (3) Personal Days <br />13.02 Any employee covered by this Agreement may convert their holidays to holiday hours to <br />be used during the calendar year. Any unused holiday hours may be cashed in at the end of the <br />year and will be included in the employee's regular paycheck in January of the following year. <br />The personal day earned, pursuant to Article 31, Section 31.02, may be converted to holiday hours <br />and cashed in at the end of the year. <br />ARTICLE 14 VACATIONS <br />14.01 All full-time employees who have completed one (1) or more years of service as of June <br />V, shall earn vacation hours according to the following schedule: <br />10 <br />
