They noted that there is time for further <br /> legal research as the emergency ordinance for"pay to stay" does not expire until the end of the <br /> year. <br /> Motion by Chair Bullock, seconded by Councilmember Kepple to refer Ordinance 12-2021A <br /> before full Council, with anticipated discussion on Section 1D. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m. <br />
