Resolution 2022-49 recommended for adoption as substituted. <br /> RESOLUTION 2022-58 —A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> appointing to the Board of Zoning Appeals for the remainder of an <br /> unexpired term beginning immediately and ending December 31, 2024.
