Mr. Walters of the Recreation Department shared that the non-resident rates can be adjusted <br /> easily and explained that most season passes are purchased by residents. Councilmember Baker <br /> noted that some non-residents will potentially lean toward season passes after a stratification of <br /> the rates. <br /> Councilmember Litten suggested that the school consider a new point of sales system. Mr. <br /> Walters agreed that new technology could make the process easier. <br /> Motion by Chair Rader, seconded by Councilmember Baker to substitute Resolution 2023-07. <br /> All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Baker, seconded by Chair Rader to amend Resolution 2023-07 and <br /> increase the non-resident rates by $20 across the board. All in favor.
