The summer sprinkling program is
currently estimated to save rate-payers approximately $50.00 per year. The proposed change
would increase the saving to $60.00 per year.

Several councilmembers expressed support for this change as a way to support residents who are
caring for their yards.

Director Rancatore explained that the change was prompted by popular request.

Motion made and seconded to recommend adoption of Ordinance 05-2023.
