Councilmember Rader commended the Administration for the work done on the agreements. He <br />supported giving the City more opportunities to check in regularly with the operator. He asked <br />when Council can expect the agreement to be introduced and if the proposal could be attached. <br />th <br />Director Leininger shared that the legislation is planned to be introduced on June 5with the <br />th <br />names of the potential operators.However, the agreement will need to be drafted between the 5 <br />th <br />and the 20 for negotiation. Director Leininger suggested another committee meeting to discuss <br />the agreement prior to asking for Council action at the June 20 General Meeting. <br /> <br />Public Works & Sustainability Committee adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br />3 <br /> <br />
