Councilmember Rader asked if the city and HELP Foundation would consider extending the <br />length of its agreement beyond one year. <br />Both parties expressed a willingness to do this in the future, perhaps with a 2-3 year agreement. <br /> <br />Clerk Bach acknowledged an error in the titling and numbering of the legislation. She <br />recommended re-titling and re-numbering it to Ordinance 08-2023. <br />Motion was made and seconded to re-title and re-number Resolution 2023-12 as Ordinance 08- <br />2023.
