RESOLUTION 2023-35 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br />receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take <br />effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, to enter <br />into an agreement to accept a 2023 Ohio EPA Recycle Ohio Grant award in the amount of <br />$26,897 and requiring a match of City funds in the amount of $8,995.
