Baker, Bullock K <br />Marx epple, L1tten, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2 02 3_ 3 8 BY: , Rader, Shachner <br />A RESOLUTION to thank the Beck Center for the Arts for participating as the 2023 <br />Grand Marshal in the City of Lakewood 4th of July Parade. <br />WHEREAS, Beck Center for the Arts is celebrating its 90th anniversary of creating art <br />experiences in the Lakewood community; and, <br />WHEREAS, Mayor Meghan F. George and the 2023 City of Lakewood Parade <br />Committee chose Beck Center for the Arts to be the Grand Marshal; and, <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Beck Center for the Arts are to be recognized and <br />honored for their dedication to the arts in Lakewood. Now therefore; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br />Section 1. This Council and Mayor hereby extend to the Beck Center for the Arts <br />their appreciation of all citizens of this city for their exceptional service and dedication. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to forward this <br />resolution to the Beck Center for the Arts and, a copy of the resolution shall be spread upon the <br />minutes of the meeting. <br />Section 3.
