Chamber President Small mentioned a meeting she had with the outreach coordinator to partner <br />together to offer a free seminar for small businesses. She included the seminar in her latest <br />Chamber update. <br />Chamber President Small explained the importance of Chamber Master as a technology solution <br />to engage with Chamber members. The timeframe around the strategic plan would take <br />anywhere from 3-8 months. <br />Chamber President Small and Councilmember Marx spoke about the importance of the Chamber <br />Master software regarding the registration platform and invoicing tools. Chamber President <br />Small described the subscription as an investment for several years. <br />Councilmember Kepple supported the allocations for the strategic plan and the Chamber Master <br />software and offered for the Chamber to come back to Council after the completion of the <br />strategic plan to share what they have learned. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Baker to insert the number <br />$70,000 into Resolution 2023-37. All in favor. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Marx to favorably refer <br />Resolution 2023-37 to Full Council as substituted. All members voted in favor.
