Chairman Bullock and Director Leininger briefly discussed Ordinance 20-2023, and whether the <br />sale of those properties presented any opportunities to expand affordable housing. Director <br />Leininger explained that they have 1472 Belle Ave earmarked to rehab for the HOME Program <br />and want to work with a broker to determine which other properties might be a good fit. <br />Chairman Bullock said that the Housing and Development Committee has already scheduled to <br />discuss the Ordinance next Monday (10/23/23), in time before the next General Council Meeting <br />(10/30/23). <br /> Housing, Planning & Development Committee adjourned 7:07 p.m. <br />Approved: <br />Tom Bullock, Chair <br />Housing, Planning & Development Committee <br />Maureen M.
