Planning Commission Review <br />1.Overall, supported goals of the Ordinance. <br />2.In providing support, home ownership, protection of single-family structures (many of which are <br />historic), and character of neighborhood were key considerations. <br />3.As a result, conversion of existing single-family homes was not supported (i.e., creating stacked double). <br />4.Reconsider attached / detached accessory dwellings and over garage / accessory structure <br />improvements. <br />5.Supported increase in principal structure lot coverage, however wanted a maximum lot coverage to limit <br />ability to create 100% impervious lot. <br /> <br />
