RESOLUTION 2023-65 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br />to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to submit the Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) One-Year Action Plan of the <br />FY20–FY24 Five Year Consolidated Plan (Consolidated Plan) which includes dollar <br />allocations and activities to be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) resources, any other entitlement funds <br />received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), all <br />amendments thereto, and all understandings and assurances contained therein, and <br />incorporates the City’s application to HUD for FY24 CDBG and ESG funds.
