The estimated life of the improvements described as follows (the "Improvements") exceeds five <br />years: <br />To pay costs of constructing a refuse recycling facility; renovating refuse truck <br />parking facility; replacing or improving the roofs of public buildings, including the <br />municipal facilities garage; improving the heating, ventilation and air conditioning <br />systems at the fire station; improving parks, including pavement and sidewalk <br />resurfacing and construction, lighting and landscaping; together with all necessary <br />site work, infrastructure improvements and appurtenances thereto <br />2.
