RESOLUTION 2024-06 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect <br />and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Director of Finance to <br />enter into Equipment Leases in forms approved by the Director of Law on behalf of the City <br />of Lakewood (“City”). (to be provided) <br /> <br />President Kepple delivered the following report: <br /> <br />th <br />The Committee of the Whole met earlier tonight on March 4 to discuss Resolution 2024-10, <br />a resolution to allocate all unspent ARPA funds that were not yetencumbered or contracted <br />for expenditure. Planning Director Leininger provided a detailed report about which specific <br />projects these funds could be allocated to, as well as an overview of how the ARPA guidance <br />has changed to make it in the City’s best interest to allocate all remaining funds to water and <br />sewer projects.
