WHEREAS, the Mayor as Platting Commissioner of the city of Lakewood ha$ deposited with the Reoorder of Cuyahoga CQunty plat of Edgewater Drive proposed, whioh plat has been recorded in Volume 72, page 21 of $aid County Reoords, and WHEREAS, C. L. and Jean C. Hutohinson, F and Julia Zimmerman and The Cleveland Trust Company reDresenting Theodor Kundtz have offered for dedication such portion of their property within the street lines as shown on plat referred tOI NOWT THER1~¡;'ORm J3m IT ORDAINED by the Counoil of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, Section 1: That this Qouncil hereby accepts for the purpose of ex~ tending Edgewater Drive a pUblic street within the limits of the City of Lakewood the land thus dedicated and the Clerk is hereby authorized to OaUse these dedioations to be made a part of the public records.
