Ogüntz Avenue, Senèca Avenue and Atkins Avenue. <br /> <br />of Lakewood, <br /> <br />Section 1: That the dedication of the above Streets ànd Avenues as shown <br />by plat of the Indian Heights Subdivision recorded by Volume 65 of Maps, <br />page 10, Cuyahoga County Records be and the smme is hereby accepted and <br />confirmed, subject to the conditions set forth in Seotion 2 hereof. <br /> <br />of Ohio <br /> <br />state <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />OHDAJ::NED by <br /> <br />IT <br /> <br />BE <br /> <br />Sèction 2: That said dedioation is accepted with the understanding that <br />said $tre¡:¡ts have been or shall be improved at the expense of the dedi- <br />cato~s by improvement as follows:- by grading, draining, constructing sewer <br />mal~s, water mains and by laying of Sidewalks and that said improvements <br />together with all other improvements now in or hereafter placed in said <br />streets at the cost and expenSe o~ any party or owners .hall be and become <br />the ßole and exolusive property of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, and <br />its suoo'essors, for publio use, and the acceptance of this ordinance by the <br />dediclltors. and parties interested shall be construed and held to be a proper <br />oonveyanoe of the same to said City Of Lakewood, State of Ohio.
