<br />":i .~-~"....,....,..,~,~,- --- <br /> ( ) <br /> QRDINANQE NO. 1773 By Mr. stevena <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Finance to expend <br />from the Warren Road widening and sidewalk fund $61.96 in <br />addition tö the amount provided for in resolution No. 1939 <br />adopted October 24th, 1921, <br />WHEHJJ:AS, This Council did on Octöber 24th, 1921aàopt resoikution <br />No. 1939 authorizing the expenditure of $500,00 for the laying <br />of sidewalk on Warren Road in front of :property belonging to <br />the ßo.rd or Education, and <br />WIL~~AS, this appropriation was in error based on a five foot <br />walk in6tead'of a six foot walk, and <br />~~REAI, to oomplete the work in a satisfactòry manner it is <br />necessary to expend an additionnl amount of $61.96, <br />THERI!:}lORTI; m;; IT ORDAINg]) by the Council of the City of Lakewood <br />State of Ohio:~ <br />Section 1: That the Director of Finance be and he in hereby <br />authorized to expend the above amount in addition to the ¡¡um <br />already appröpriated. <br />Section 2: That this ordinance ia adopted as an emergency <br />measure and effectige forthwith, <br />Adopted: <br />December 19, 1921 . <br /> E.
