Section 2~ T~t said dedication io accepted with the underetandin~ theft Said streets have been or sl~ll be improved at the exDenoe of the dedi- cators by improvem~nto as follows: By g~ading, ts.yln~ sidewalks, and that s~id improvements, together with all ether improvements now in or hereafter placed in said streeto at the cost and expense c~ ~ny party or owner shall be and become the sole and exclusive property of the City ~f I~kewood, State of Ohio, and its succesoors, for public ucc, and the acceptance of thio ordinance by the dedicators and ~.rties interested shall be con~trued and held to bo a proper conveyance of the same to oaid City ef Lakewoed, State of Ohio.
