Such ~nspector s~ll ~rni~h ~ bond for the <br />faithful perfor~noe of his duties tn the sum of $1,000.00 approved <br />the Mayor, And tn case ~ surety bond tm furnished, the premi~ thereo~ <br />zh~.ll be paid ~y the Otty f~om the health fund, <br /> <br />Section 2~ T~% such inspector shall make daily reports to the Mayor <br />cf all work performed by him and the time and place where such cervise <br />was performed with the names mhd addresses of th(~.rti~e concerned in <br />such i~epection ~nd service and the results of such inspection and <br />service, with such other informal%ion aa the ~ayor may require ~nd ~ <br />permanent record shall be kept Of such service. <br /> <br />Section.3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted~ <br /> <br /> March 20th, 1922 <br /> <br />L.
