0RDINANCE N0. 1844 <br /> <br />By Mrs. Enirk <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to repeal Resolution No. 1832 adopted September 19th <br />e <br />entitled, "A RESOLUTION designating %he main office cf The Cleveland <br /> <br />Trust Company, Cleveland, Chic as the place of redemption for all <br />bonds and coupons of the 0ity of L~kewood, Ohio, "and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Examiner has ruled this agreement ts be without <br />authority, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Commissioners Of the Sinking Fund have caused arrangements <br />to be entered into with the Depository Bank handling the Sinking <br />Funds to also handle these redemptiOns. <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakew0od, <br /> <br />State of Ohie: <br /> <br />section 1: That Resolution No. <br /> <br />1932 adopted'September 19, 1921 <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2:.
