Waitt <br /> <br />AN 0BDINANCE authorizing the employment of an:arChitect to prepare <br />plans and specifications for shelter house in Madison Park, and tc <br />supervise construction. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewosd, State of <br /> <br />OhiO: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the Mayor be authorized and he is hereby directed to <br />employ an architect to prepare plans, and specifications for and to <br />supervise the construction of a shelter house in Madison Park and to <br />enter into a contract with such architect to pay for his services as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> For preparation of plans and specifications 3% per cent cf the <br /> cost of said structure <br /> <br /> For the supervision of the construction of said structure 3% <br /> percent of the cost2~hereof <br />all payable from the Park Fund, the total expense not to exceed $2500.00. <br /> <br />Section 2: This'ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate ~reservation of the public health and <br />property, and therefore shall be in full force and effect fortlw~ith. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Nay 1, 1922 <br /> <br />A.
