0RDI~TANCE N0. 1864 <br /> <br />By Mrs. Knirk <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing payment of premium on bond filed in the <br />case of City of Lakewood vs. Cleveland Railway Company. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ls~kewood, State of <br />Ohio:- <br /> <br />Section 1: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby author- <br />ized to pay premium bill of the Maryland CaSualty Company offS100.00 <br />for the bond filed by the City in the case Of The City of Lakewood <br />vs The Cleveland Railway Company, said bond being fixed by the court, <br />such premium being for t~e period from ~rch 17, 19~2 to March 17, <br />1923, and payable from <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />~ay 1§, <br /> <br />1922 <br /> <br />L.
