ORDINANCE NO. 19~7 By Mrs. Waitt AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director cf Public Works to purchase Qertain land for extending and epeniDg Certain existing streets within the City cf Lakewood iRepressn- tative Realty Company pareel - Athens at Lakeland Avenue), BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the Director cf ~ublt= Works be.and he is hereby authorized and directed for the purpose of extending Athens Avenue, a public street in the ~ity of Lakewood, to purchase from the ~wner or owners for a consideration not to exceed $300.00 the followxng described ~eal estate. ~ituated in the City of L~kewcod, County of Cuymhoga, State of ohio, ~ection Nc. 19 Eockpsrt Township, being known as the southerly p~rt of Sublet ~o. 2~ in the Maple Shade ~ub-division as recorded in Vol. 4% P~e ~ Euy~ogm ~cunty Record of ~lapm.
