ORDINANCE NO. 2229 By Mrs~ ~n~rk <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 1786, entitled "An Ordinance pro- <br />viding for the zoning or districting ef the City of Lakewood and the <br />regulation of ~he location, bulk, heights a~d uses of the Buildings a~d <br />e~her structures and premises and repealing Ordinance No. 1479". <br /> <br />W~EAS, for the t~mediate preservation cf the public health and safet~ <br />it becomes desirable to change the Zoning Ordinance as hereinafter set <br />farth. <br /> <br />BE IT 0~DAINED BY T~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAXE~0OD, STATE OP OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1786, entitled eau Ord~-nce providing <br />for the zoning or districting of the City of Lakewood and the regulation <br />of the location, bulk, heightsand uses of the buildings and other strut- <br />tm'es and premises nd repealing Ordinance No. 1479", be amended and <br />supplemented by changing%he Zoning Map, same as changed to become a <br />part of this ordinance, the intent being ~o change the classification <br />of the following described land to wit~ <br /> <br />Situated in,he State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, Rockport <br />To~shi~ (now ~he City of Lakewood), Section 21, Original <br />Lot No. ~7, 'end shown On the plat of the C. H. McIn~y~e Co's. <br />Ideal Allotment No. 7 as recorded in Volume 38, Page 12, <br />Ouyahqga County Record of Plats, <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersec%ion of the southerly line of Clifton <br />Boulevard and the east line ef Donald Avenue; thence south- <br />easterly in the southerly line of Clif~con Boulevard, 125.62 <br />feet to the easterly line ef the aforesaid Ideal Allo_*m_e~t; <br />150 feet to a point; ~hence northwesterly in a line parallel <br />to the sou~h line of Clifton Boulevard, 125.62 ~eet to a <br />point in the east line of Donald Avenue; thence northerly in <br />the ess% line cf Donald Avenue, 150.00 feet to ~e place cf <br />beginning. <br /> <br />This proper~ is now restricted in the Zoning Ordinance for Residential <br />purposes and knowh as HI, Al, and is hereby changed to an Apartment <br />Olassificaticnknown as lb, Hi, A3, which change of zoning map er classi- <br />fication is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2.
