ORDINANCE NO. 2243 By Er. Hart <br /> <br /> An ordinance to prevent disorderly conduct and repealing <br />ordinance No. 1049 passed by this Council under date of August 24th, 1914. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAIKED BY the Council of the City of Lakewood <br /> <br />and State of Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. T~at it shall be unlamTul for any person to <br />fight or quarrel or promote any disturbance or break the peace and quiet of <br />the City or wilfully act in a noisy, boisterous, rude, insulting or disorderly <br /> <br /> Sectioh 2e That it shall be unlawTul for any person to <br />commit any indecen%, Ammodest, lude or filthy acts, or to utter any lude, or <br />filt~ywords or to use an~ obscene, indecen~ er p~ofane language in the presence <br />er hearing of other person or permo~s, or m-ke any ~mmedest, obscene, or insulting <br />illusions or gestures to or about any person publicly in the Citye <br /> <br /> Section $. An~ pe~son or persons violating an~ of the <br />provisions kf this ordinance shall be subject ~o arrest and upon conviction <br />thereof, shall be fined not more than FiftyDollars ($50.00) and imprisonment in <br />a penal institution not less than ten da~s nor, more than six months, at the <br />discreation of the oourt, <br /> <br /> Section 4.
