ORDINANCE NO. ~272 BY Mrs, <br /> <br /> AN ORDiN~\TCE declaring an emergency and <br />providing for ~he immediate preservation of the public <br />health and safety and amending Ordinance Noo1786, <br />entitled, "An Ordinance provid&ug for the zoning or dis- <br />trict~ug of the City of Lakewood and the regulation of <br />the location,bulk,heights and uses of the building and <br />other structures on premises and repealing Ordinsnce <br />NO. 1479 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of Lakewood,State of Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section lo Ordinance No. 1786 by Section ~ <br />thereof~entitled "Au Ordinance providing for the zoning <br />or districting of the City of L~kewood and the regulation <br />of the location~bu3dk,heights and uses of building and <br />other struct-~res on the premises, md repealing Ordinance <br />Nee 1479" is hereby, altered and changed by adding thereto <br />in Group ~ automatic transformer regulating stations so <br />that Group 2,Section 2 will read as follows:Bank,office, <br />studio~telephone exchange,wholesale office or sample room, <br />oil filling station,fire or police station,ice delivery <br />station,and automatic transformer regulating station. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
