Newman <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance NOo1786 en%itled <br />.An Ordinance providing for the zoning or districting of the <br />City of Lakewood and regulation of the location,bulk,heights <br />and uses of the buildings and other structures and premises and <br />repe~!~ ~rdinance No.1479 and declaring ~u e~ergency, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health,safety,it becomes desirable to change the Zoning 0rd~auce <br />as hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakevood, <br />State of Ohio, two-thirds of all members elected or appointed <br />thereto concurring:- <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No.1786 entitled .An Ordinance <br />providing for the zonin~g or districting of the City of Lakewood, <br />and the regulatic~ of the location,b'~lk,heights and uses of <br />buildings and other structures and premises and repealing Ordin~uce <br />No.1479". <br /> Be amended and supplemented by changing the zoning map, <br />same as changed to become a part of this OrdLuance,the intent <br />beiug ts change the classification of lands which are known as <br />SublotS E6,27, E8,29 and ~0 inclusive,situated on the southwest <br />corner cf Iola and Warren Roads, and bei~g further known as a <br />part of the Tuxedo Land Company, Warren Park Subdivision allotment <br />of Original Rockport Towns_hip, ection NO.I~, as recorded in Volt,me <br />79~Page 40 Of Cuyahoga County Records as shown on s~id plat,Sublet <br />No.26, from a residence known as 1 A- H 1, A 2, at present, and to <br />be changed to be known as ~A~ H-l, ASS, and Sublets, Nos.27,28,2~ <br />and ~0 as sk~wn on said plat from an ap~rtmwnt classification now known <br />as l-B, H-l~ A-$ to be changed to c~mercial classification know~ as <br />~-A, H-l, A-5~ <br /> <br /> There shall also be on Sublets Nos~27,28,29 and $0 now fronting <br />on Warren Road, a set back line of 15 feet,which change of zoning map <br />or classification is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> tectien 2, This Ordinance by the Resolution stated in the <br />Preamble is hereby decl~ed to be an emergency measure and shall be <br />in f~l force and effect forthwith and at the earliest period pro- <br />vided by law~ <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />M~rch lst, 1926 <br /> <br />ELlen M, doldenbogen <br /> President <br /> <br />Approved...
