AN (A~DINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 1786, entitled "An Ordinance providing for <br />the zoning or districting cf the City cf Lakewood and regulating the location, <br />bulk, heights and uses of the buildings aud other etruo%ures and premises amd <br />repealing Ordinamce No. 1479". <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF ~OOD, STATE OF OHIO, two-thirds <br />of all members elected ~hereto concurring: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1786, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the <br />zoning or districting of the City of Lakewood and the regulation of the location, <br />bulk, heights and uses of buildings and other structures and premises, and repealing <br />Ordinance No. 1479", be amended and supplemented by changing the Zoning Map, same <br />as changed to become a part of this ordinance, the intent being to change the <br />classification of lands which are k~ow~ as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning in ~he southerly line of the present Retail Store Zone at <br />the southeasterly corner of Lot No. 1 in the L. E, Telgardine Allot- <br />meat. Thence easterly in the southerly line of the aforesaid Lot No. <br />1 of the L. E. Telgardine Allotment, extended to a point 157 feet measured <br />westerly at 90° from the westerly line of St. Charles Avenue; ~hanoe <br />southerly parallel to St. Charles Avenue and 157 feet distant therefrom <br />to the northwesterly corner cf Lot No. 64 in the Onondaga Park Allotment; <br />thence continuing in the westerly line of the Onondaga Park Allo~nent to <br />the northerly line of Franklin Avenue; thence westerly in the northerly <br />line of Framklin Avenue to the easterly line of Warren Road; thence <br />northerly in the easterly line of Warren Road to the point of the inter- <br />section of the southerly line of Lot No. 26 in the David A. Wager Sub- <br />division extended and the easterly line of Warren Road; thence westerly <br />i~ the southerly line of %he aforesaid Lot No. 26 in the David A. Wager <br />Subdivision and the same extended to the southwesterly corner of afore- <br />said Lot No. 26; thence northerly in the westerly line of Lot No. 26 <br />and No. 27 in the David A. Wager Subdivision to the northwesterly corner <br />of Lot No. 27 aforesaid; thence westerly in the northerly line of Lot <br />No. 18 in the David A. Wager Subdivision to a point 72.08 feet easterly <br />from the easterly line of Victoria Avenue measured in said northerly <br />line of Tot No. 18 aforesaid; thence northerly to a point in the westerly <br />extension of the southerly line of Lot No. 1 of the L. E. Telgardine <br />Subdivision aforesaid, which point is 81.25 feet easterly from the <br />easterly line of Victoria Avenue, measured in the aforesaid westerly <br />extension of the southerly line of LOt No. 1; thence eaeterly in the <br />southerly line of aforesaid Lot No. 1 and ~he same extended to the place <br />of begt~ngo <br /> <br />from a Residence Distrio%, kmvw~ as l-a, A-2, H-l, to be changed and known as Retail <br />S~ore Classification, and designated as 2-a, <br /> <br />Section 2.
