Newma~ <br /> <br />AN C~tDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 1786, entitled "An Ordinance <br />providing for the zoning or districting of ~he City of Lakewood <br />and the regula%ion of the location, bulk, heights and uses of <br />buildings and other structures a~d premises, and repealing Ordi- <br />nance NoA 1479". <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY 2~E COI]NCIL OF T~E CITY OF LA~'OOD, STATE ~ <br />OHIO, tw~-thirds of all members elected thereto concurring: <br /> <br />Section 1. That ordinance No, 1786, antitled "A~ ordinance pro~ <br />riding for the zoning or ~istric~ing of ~he City of Lakewood <br />and ~he regulation of the location, bulk, heights and uses of <br />the buildings and other struo~ures and premises and repealing <br />0rdinanee No. 1479", be emended end supplemented by changing <br />the Zone Map, acme as changed to become a part of ~his ordinance, <br />the intent being to ohenge the classification of lends which are <br />known as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in ~he City of Lakewood and being a <br />part of The ~enck Realty Company, Lakewood <br />Subdivision, as recorded in Volu~e 35, Page <br />20, Ouyahoga County Record of Plats, and being <br />Sublo%s No. 185 to No. 217 inclusive, on the <br />westerly side of Marlowe Argue and Sublets <br />No, 147 to No. 179 inclusive, on ~he easterly <br />side of Marlowe Avenue, between Fr~-~lin and <br />Madison Avenues, from a Residence District <br />known as l-a, A-2, H-1 to a ResidenCe District <br />Classification designated as l-a, A-I, N-I. <br /> <br />Section 2.
