ORDINANCE NO. 2612 By Mr~ i~ewnan <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Finance to <br />pay to the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, <br />from the Judgment Fund, the sum ?f SIX HUNDRED AND <br />FIFTY DOLLARS ($650,00) for the judgment in Common <br />please Court Case No. 2462~6, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />BE IT 0EDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio, two-thirds of all members elected or <br />appointed thereto concurring:- <br /> <br />Section 1: That the Director of Finance be and he is <br />hereby authorized to pa~ from the ~udgment Fund to the <br />Court of Common Pleas of Cmyahoga ~ounty, the sum of <br />SIX H~-DRED AND FIFTYDOLLARS ($6~0.00) in Case No. <br />246256 of John 0.
