ORDINANCE NO. 2688 By Mr. Hinohliffe AN C~DINANCE to amend the Zoning Map which is made a part of Ordinance No. 1~8~, entitled "An Ordinance proViding for the zoning or distrieting of ~he ~ity of Lakewood and the regulation of the location, bulk, heights and uses of the buildings and other structures and premises, and~repealing Ordinance No. 1479"e BE IT C~DAINEDBY TNE COUNCIL OF ~tFE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF 0HIe, two-thirds of all members elected or appointed ~hereto concurring: Section 1. That the Zoning Map which is adopted and made a par~ of Ordinance No. 1786 by See%ion 3 thereof, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the zoning or distrieting of the City of Lakewood and the regulation of the loeation, bulk, heights and uses of the buildings and other struc- tures and premises, and repealing Ordinance No. 1479", and whiehMap is made m part hereof is hereby altered and changed so that the lands situated in Section 23, Original Roekport Township (now the City of Lake- wood) Ouyahoga County, Ohio, bounded and described as follows: All of Sublet No. 136 to 140 inclusive of the C. E, Southern Allotment and the lands lying between Sloane Avenue and SublotNo. 140 afore- said and West C1Ai~con BOulevard to a line parallel. to and 140 feet west of the westerly line of West Clifton Boulevard shall on and after the taking effect of this ordinance be known as an Apartment House Classification A-4 H-2 as the same are defined in said Ordinance No. 1786 and shall be so designated on said Zoning Map. The Zoning Map as changed and amended herein shallbe and is hereby made a part of this ordinance, Section 2, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law and all provisions of Ordinance No. 1786 inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. ~dopted~ Approved:.
