Reidy <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to ~mend the Zoning Map which is adopted and made <br />a part of Ordinance No. 1786, ~nti%led "An Ordinance providing <br />for the zoning or districting of the City of Lakewocd and ~he <br />regulati~ of the location, bulk, heights smd uses of buildings <br />smd other structures and premises, and repealing Ordinance No. <br />1479" (Clif%on Boulevard). <br /> <br />BE IT 0RDAI~ED BY ThE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAXEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO, ~wo-thirds of all members %hereof concurring: <br /> <br />Section le That the Zoning Map which is adol~ed and made a part <br />of Ordinance No. 1786, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the <br />zoning or districting of the Cit~j of Lakewood smd the regulation <br />of ~he location, bulk, heights smd uses of buildings and other <br />structures ~-~ premises, and repealing Ordinance No. 1479" and <br />which map is made a part hereof, is hereby altered and changed <br />so that the lands fronting on the south side of Clil~con Boulevard <br />between French and Virginia Avenues be and shall on and a/~cer the <br />taking effec% of this ordinance be known as Apartment House Classi- <br />fication lb, H-2 A-4, which if fifty (50') feet high and 625 <br />square feet of lot area per family, as the same are defined in <br />said Ordinance Ho, 1786 and as amended, and shall be so designated <br />on said Zoning Map. The Zoning Map so changed and amended herein <br />shall become smd is hereby made a par~ of this ordinence. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect at <br />the earliest period allowed by laws md all provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1786 inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted.
