Gormsen <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 2513 passed by the <br />Council of the City of Lakewood,April 19th 1926 entitled, <br />"An Ordinance to provide for the protection of persons <br />engaged in the business of renting or lending electric <br />storage batteries", <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council ~f the City of Lakewood, State <br />of Ohio, t~o-thirds of all members thereof concurring:- <br /> <br />Section l, That Ordinance No. 2513 passed by the Council <br />of the City of Lakewood, April 19th 1926 entitled, "An <br />Ordinance to provide for the protection of persons engaged <br />in the business of renting or lending elect~i~ 8tora~e <br />batteries" be and the same is hereby re~ealed. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect ~pon its adoption and approval by the Mayor and at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approv~~ <br /> <br /> <br />
